What is the water production capacity?

Our water vending machines produce 800 Gallons Per Day. The pure water tank holds 35 gallons of fresh water.
What are the dispensing options?

Our machines have a dispensing capacity ranging from 1 liter, 1 gallon, 3 gallons, and 5 gallons.
Is the water cold/chilled?

Our machines do not chill or cool the water. The water vending machine only dispenses source temperatured water.
Can the vending machine carbonate the water?

Our machines do not carbonate the water.
Does the water contain chlorine or flouride?

Our reverse osmosis system is able to purify tap water to remove 99% of harmful material. Including chlorine and fluosilicic acid. Please refer to our Water Quality Report.

What are the installation and utility requirements?

Our machines require a minimum space of 5.6 square feet for operation. Additionally, they require a 1/2-inch incoming water line, a 1/2-inch drain line, and a 220V single-phase power connection.
Can the machine be placed outside and inside?

Our machines are designed to be suitable for both indoor and outdoor placement.
Who performs maintenance of the vending machine?

Retail Spaces are not required to perform maintenance. We perform a monthly service routines. In addition, we replace the filters and UV lights per manufacture specifications.
How is the Point of Sale processed?

All credit card and cashless payment transactions are processed at vending machine.
How often do Retail Spaces receive commissions?

Retail Spaces will receive commissions no later than the 15th of each month.
What is the process for customer refunds?

Mabuhay Premium Water will process all refunds.
